Early birds enjoy 5% discount when booking 180 days in advance (does not apply for Peak Season).

Last minute bookings within 14 days of the booking commencing enjoy 10% discount.

Bookings over 10 days are given a 10% discount.

Rental inclusions:

–          A 6 seat car with driver for 8 hours per day, with the 6 and 4 bedroom options

–          Wireless internet access

–          Full staff including a private cook

Low        :   Jan 11th – Feb 6th, Feb 14th – March 27th, April 4th– May 31st, Sept 1st – Dec 19th

High       :   Feb 7th– 13th (CNY), March 28th– April 3rd (Easter), June 1st – August 31st

Peak      :    Dec 20th – Jan 10th  2025

Low        :   Jan 11th – Jan 24th, Feb 2nd – April 18th, April 27th – June 30th, Sept 1st – Dec 19th

High       :   Jan 25th – Feb 1st (CNY), April 19th – 26th (Easter), July 1st – August 31st

Peak       :   Dec 20th – Jan 10th, 2026

Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due 45 days before the booking commences. If the booking is taken within 45 days of the booking commencing, 100% of the rental amount is due to confirm the booking.

We usually have a minimum stay of 3 nights for Low Season, 5 nights for High Season and 7 nights for Peak Season, but please check with us in case we are able to make an exception.

If you would like to book a late check out in advance, this is charged at 50% of the rental rate, however we are able to accommodate late check outs, subject to availability, at no additional cost if you are prepared to leave this request until you are already at the villa.

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, your 50% deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the rental period. 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made within 29 days of the start of the rental period. Please make sure you have travel insurance to cover this booking.
