BOOKING POLICY
Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the balance due 45 days before the booking commences. If the booking is taken within 45 days of the booking commencing, 100% of the rental amount is due to confirm the booking.
We usually have a minimum stay of 3 nights for Low Season, 5 nights for High Season and 7 nights for Peak Season, but please check with us in case we are able to make an exception.
If you would like to book a late check out in advance, this is charged at 50% of the rental rate, however we are able to accommodate late check outs, subject to availability, at no additional cost if you are prepared to leave this request until you are already at the villa.
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, your 50% deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of the rental period. 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made within 29 days of the start of the rental period. Please make sure you have travel insurance to cover this booking.
